Bookings during peak periods must be secured by deposit. A no cancellation, no refunds, no alterations policy applies at this time.

Online bookings have a no cancellation policy. These are confirmed fully paid bookings and cannot be altered or changed for any reason. No refunds.

Minimum Cancellation for pre-paid vouchers is 72 hours (3 Days).

Discounts are not available on packages, online bookings or peak periods.

Peak Periods are generally Christmas Holidays, Easter, June long weekend and Whale Watching Season.

Standby Rate Prices - available through Online Booking are the best price and only available online.

Check-Out is prior to 10 AM - Late Check-Out Fees apply after 10 am.
