Motel rooms are serviced daily EXCEPT Public Holidays.

Apartments are NOT SERVICED but all prices include linen.

Bookings during peak periods must be secured by deposit. A no cancellation, no refunds, no alterations policy applies at this time.

Online bookings have a no cancellation policy. These are confirmed fully paid bookings and cannot be altered or changed for any reason. No refunds.

Minimun Cancellation for pre-paid vouchers is 72 hours (3 Days).

Discounts are available for seniors on presentation of cards. No Card No Discount.

Discounts are not available on packages, online bookings or peak periods.

Peak Periods are generally 20th December to 31st January, Easter and the June long weekend.

Standby Rate Prices - available through Online Booking are the best price and only available online.

Check-Out is prior to 10 AM - Late Check-Out Fees apply after 10 am based on the above prices.
