Defibrillator
We have a defibrillator, which we hope never gets used. But if you need it, it is located on the wall between rooms 16 and 17.
Smoking and vaping
Please be respectful of others who do not smoke or wish to inhale second hand smoke.
Our premises is basically smoke free and smoking and vaping (including water pipes) is restricted to the car park only and four metres away from any stairs, footpaths and doors, smokers know the drill! There is no smoking/vaping on balconies, grassed areas, BBQ area, pool deck or pathways. A cleaning fee of $500 will apply for smoking inside rooms. Please put your butts in the garbage bins..

Room Servicing / Housekeeping Services
Our house keeping team are happy to service your room during your stay if requested. To request this service please place the "please tidy my room' sign on the door by 10am. Room servicing includes:

Dishes
We provide a small number of cutlery, crockery and glassware for the convenience of our guests. Upon departure, please wash and dry up the dirty dishes. Dish liquid and cloths are located under the sink.
Noise
Please keep noise at a reasonable level between the hours or 9.00pm and 8.00am.
Groups of two or more should not congregate on the shared balcony after 9.00pm, noise travels at night and even the quietest of conversations and phone calls are disruptive to other guests. If you are experiencing noise that isn't reasonable please call us on 0444 539 204 so we can deal with the issues.
Visitors
Please let us know if you are having visitors to the motel. Visitors must have left the motel by 9.00pm.
BBQs
Two BBQs are available for your use and are located in the back garden area. Please clean up after you use them and wash the utensils and place them back in the BBQ area. If you need assistance, please give us a call or come and see us in reception.
Pool information
Pool will be open October - May each year
Hours of use - 7.30am - 9.00pm
There are no lifesaving personnel available. Please read the pool rules which are displayed in the pool area.
Children under the age of 12 must be with a responsible person aged at least 16 years.
The pool is solar heated, so the temperature of the water will depend on how much sun we have had.
Pool towels are available in a basket on pool deck.
We have a Pool Club bar that operates during Summer, please click here for further information. Please note that during the times that Pool Club is operating it is a licensed area, therefore BYO alcoholic beverages are not permitted. At all other times you are welcome to BYO drinks providing that they are not in glass containers. If you need plastic drinkware, please ask, we have plenty available.
Guest Laundry
The motel laundry is shared with guests from 3.00pm to 8.00pm.
Loads cost $8 this includes washing and drying and laundry powder.
If you need coins come and see us at reception. If you need a clothesline, please ask a member of our team for assistance.
Car Parking
All rooms are allocated one car space. Please use the space allocated to your room number. If you have additional cars, please park hem on the street.
Pets
The South Seas Motel has two versatile rooms that are pet friendly. We understand that your furry family members are important, we have two furry family members that live at the motel! We welcome pets who have owners that are respectful to the motel and other guests.
Pets must be on leash at all times unless they are in the fenced off area at the back of the motel. Pets must not be left unaccompanied in the motel. We ask that pets don't share the human furniture and that all pet waste is picked up and disposed of properly.
We understand that dogs bark, but if your dog is causing a nuisance with repetitive barking, the dog will be asked to leave, and that's not how we want you to leave the South Seas Motel.
